Through June 1st to November 1st these contemporary sculptures by Bernar Venet will be on view in the gardens. Participating artists the past few years were Tkashi Murakami, Xaview Veihan and Jeff Koons. Venet is a French artist who is concerned with the question about the relationships between art, landscapes and architecture, and therefore between art, time and history. The artist said that "...it was an amazing opportunity to capture my conception of space." It is becoming apparent that space as "concept" is a recurring theme on this trip. |
